Confidentiality is central to the trust our clients place in GlobalScan.org. Every engagement, enquiry, and report is treated as sensitive information and handled with strict discretion by our teams across all offices.
Client engagement details, including the identity of subjects under review and the purpose of a search, are shared internally only with the analysts and reviewers directly responsible for that engagement.
Completed reports are delivered exclusively to the authorised contact designated by the engaging client. We do not distribute copies, summaries, or excerpts of a report to any third party without explicit client authorisation.
All GlobalScan.org staff and contractors are bound by written confidentiality agreements that remain in effect during and after their engagement with our organisation.
Historical litigation data is maintained within a secure air-gapped archival repository, isolated from general network access and available only to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.
In the unlikely event of a confidentiality incident affecting client information, we will notify affected clients promptly and take immediate steps to contain and remediate the issue.
Our confidentiality obligations to a client continue beyond the completion of an engagement and survive the termination of any service agreement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
